Outside Account Executive

What You’ll Do

• Learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings, research, and consistent daily cold‑calling.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data.

• Self‑motivated with a “go‑getter” attitude.
• Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, proactive, and passionate about clients.
• Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable with cold‑calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving skills that help businesses grow to their fullest potential.
• Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Natural ability to organize and prioritize day‑to‑day tasks.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics experience, audio advertising background, and a strong local network are additional nice‑to‑haves.

• Week 1:
  Complete onboarding, job‑specific training, and spend time with your team.
• Week 2:
  Work with your manager to align on work, communication styles, priorities, and expectations.
• Week 3:
  Begin owning your role and lean into the real day‑to‑day tasks with your manager’s support.
• Week 4:
  Prioritize a 30‑day check‑in to determine additional support needed for success.
