Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate
$15.00 to $18.50 per hour. We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process.

- The best working hours in the business. Most stores open at 9 AM and close at 6 PM; many stores are closed on Sundays.

- Vacation:
Employees are granted one week of paid vacation after completing six months of active, full‑time service. Eligible employees receive an additional week (40 hours) after one year and two weeks (80 hours) on each anniversary thereafter. - Personal/Sick time:
Eligible employees are granted 8 hours after six months of employment, and 16 hours each anniversary thereafter (years 2‑5); 24 hours after five years. - Employee discounts available to all employees on the first day of active employment.

- Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Performs non‑management open and close procedures.
- Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
- Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Handles all cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Answers incoming calls per company standards.
- Effectively communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
- Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect and using effective communication tools.
- Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
- Successfully completes assigned training.
- Other related duties, as assigned.
- Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting).
- Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
- May be asked to assist customers outside the building or retrieve items from exterior storage.
- Minimum age 18 years old.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team‑oriented.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Ability to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
- Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
The employee commission incentive plan is proprietary. Pawnbrokers have the potential to earn 2–8% commission based on gross profit and personal performance. Applicants receive more details during the interview.
