• Actively seek out commercial roofing sales opportunities and build strong relationships with property managers, building owners, and other key stakeholders.
• Guide clients through their options, prepare proposals, and close deals with confidence and clarity.
• Work closely with estimating and production teams to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
• Manage your pipeline, secure payments, and generate referrals, all while keeping accurate records and project documentation up to date.

• Proven success in outside sales, preferably in roofing or construction
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable generating leads independently
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience with CRM systems
