Champion is seeking experienced in‑home sales professionals to join our successful team. Leads are provided, no cold calling, and paid training is offered.

• Unlimited earning potential – $100,000 to $200,000 plus potential first year out

• Conduct in‑home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs and utilize champion’s proven sales presentation
• Negotiate and close the sale
• Participate in daily sales/trainings and coaching sessions
• Manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Conduct in‑home consultations and provide customized solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM records, mobile technology, and basic math/computer applications
• Accurately measure, assess customer needs, and explain product features, financing options, and installation processes

• Proven success in consultative or in‑home sales, preferably with high‑ticket products or services
• Strong closing and negotiation skills, ability to build trust and overcome objections
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated, competitive, driven to exceed sales goals
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to manage multiple appointments and follow‑up activities
• Proficient with CRM systems, mobile technology, and basic math/computer applications
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to travel within the assigned territory
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or sales certifications a plus
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

• Home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, siding, bath remodeling, or outdoor living sales
• HVAC, flooring, kitchen and bath, furniture, mattress, or other high‑value retail sales
• Automotive, real estate, insurance, or other consultative sales environments
• Experience selling products with financing options and one‑call close presentations
