Oncology Account Executive

We are looking for a field-based professional Oncology Account Executive for Omaha with scientific and clinical expertise to support our oncology portfolio of liquid biopsy products. This position is responsible for driving sales volume for Billion To One ’s Northstar Liquid biopsy products and services and cultivating relationships with oncologists and other members of the extended cancer care community in the designated geography.

The Oncology Account Executive reports to a Regional Manager – Oncology.

• Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to individual oncologists.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in your geography.
• Conduct effective prospecting, cultivate new business, and maintain key relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record at or above goal for multiple quarters/years.
• Experience selling to medical providers and medical diagnostics, devices, or surgical instruments.
• Lives within the defined territory and centrally located to the accounts.
• Commitment to travel within the defined territory.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to present to internal and external customers.
• Effective time‑management skills and the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented with strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Sense of urgency and focus on closing business.
• Ability to assess the needs of medical professionals and staff with a focus on consultative sales and problem solving.
• Strong desire to work independently in a startup environment.

• Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late‑stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.

• Base salary range of $168,346 – $184,186 per year with a total compensation range of $241,946 – $311,536 per year (including uncapped commissions).
