This is an exciting time for Tris as we grow our sales force to support our expanding ADHD portfolio. We are looking for experienced sales representatives in the Omaha, Lincoln, Sioux City area who live within the territory.

The selected candidate handles all operational aspects of pharmaceutical sales and service, including generating sales, communicating and promoting the clinical and economic benefits of the product, building successful relationships, educating healthcare staff, and identifying new opportunities for growth. The incumbent collaborates cross‑functionally with internal departments and external resources on sales-related issues.

Responsibilities
  • Established, develops, and maintains successful business partnerships with targeted healthcare providers and staff within the assigned geographical territory; increases awareness through appropriate scientific information and educational programs; collaborates closely with the Regional Sales Manager to execute an integrated action plan to achieve defined territory and sales goals; clearly understands and implements sales and marketing goals to obtain sales objectives for assigned products.
  • Creates consultative, solution-oriented business partnerships with clients by meeting regularly with appropriately targeted healthcare providers and staff within the assigned geography to understand and discuss company products and how they can meet identified needs.
Qualifications
  • Pharmaceutical Sales Rep: bachelor's degree and minimum 1 year sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, B2B, capital equipment, medical device, or related industry (required).
  • SR/Healthcare Sales Rep: bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years sales experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with documented sales success (required).
  • Job title, level, and salary determination will be commensurate with experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully and independently growing and managing a territory (required).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex sales and technical data and develop strategic, actionable business plans (required).
  • Experience conducting successful consultative, solutions-oriented sales calls (required).
  • Excellent presentation skills (required).
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and explain complex medical and scientific information (required).
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record (required).
  • Ability to influence without direct authority (required).
Salary & Benefits

Anticipated salary range: $100–120 K/yr. Base salary offered is contingent on assessment of candidate’s education and experience level relative to requirements of the position and a review of related industry standards and internal equity.

In addition to base salary, full‑time employees are also eligible for incentives, including sales incentive eligibility, medical, dental, vision, Rx insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance, paid company holidays, PTO, paid volunteer time, and employee resource groups.
