We guide homeowners through storm damage restoration with complete transparency. Homeowners pay their deductible—we handle everything else: inspections, insurance claims, and installation. It’s straightforward, honest, and it works.

We provide complete training through our in‑house Sales Program, where you’ll learn:
- Inspect roofs and identify storm damage
- Pitch and close confidently
- The insurance claims process
- Guide homeowners from inspection to installation
- Meet with homeowners in storm‑affected neighborhoods
- Act as a trusted consultant, guiding homeowners through inspections and insurance claims—never handing them a $20,000 bill yourself
- Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
- Conduct roof inspections and submit lead information
- Attend weekly team meetings and trainings
- Close personal deals and company‑provided leads
- Motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented individuals
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and meeting new people
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Strong work ethic and commitment to learning roofing fundamentals through ongoing training
- Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ambitious mindset with genuine interest in building a career in the roofing industry
