We make real products. Adhesives, sealants, and tapes, built from scratch right here in our facility. Those products end up in buses, boats, buildings, and countless other products people use every day. At the end of the day, you can point to what you've helped create and know it made an impact.
We're also a company on the move. We have a clear vision for where we're headed, strong momentum behind us, and we're still at a stage where the people joining today will help shape what we become tomorrow. This isn't a place where you get lost in the crowd or spend years waiting for an opportunity to make a difference. You'll have ownership, responsibility, and the chance to build something, not just execute someone else's playbook.
Leadership is in the building every day. We're family-owned, and that means decisions are made by people who have skin in the game and are invested in the long-term success of the business and the people who work here. No layers. No politics. Just a focused team working together to build something worth being part of.
If you're looking for a place where your work matters, your ideas are heard, and your growth is limited only by your ambition, we'd love to meet you.
