Leasing Professional, Sales

Position Summary Responsible for showing apartments, attracting prospective residents, and converting leads into signed leases. The Leasing Professional will maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants and representatives of other companies.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Skills Respond to phone, text, email, and online leasing inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism, using excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents confidently and professionally.

Build quick rapport and create positive first impressions.

Always present a professional image while on the property.

Process rental applications and screening documentation.

Prepare Lease agreements and file paperwork completely and accurately. A strong attention to detail is necessary.

Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, promotions, and competition.

Maintain prospect follow-up and lead management activities.

Assist with marketing outreach and resident events.

Ensure model units and show-ready apartments are maintained.

Meet occupancy and leasing goals with strong sales and closing abilities.

Promote resident retention through excellent customer service and relationship building.

Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.

Strong problem solving and conflict-resolution skills are  a team player in a supportive team  able to work both independently and  proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn and understand property management software.

Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if required.
