Business Development Rep

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who enjoys the hustle of identifying new opportunities, connecting with prospects, and filling the calendars of our Territory Managers with qualified demos.

• Hunt for leads! Research and identify potential customers within your assigned territory.
• Spend plenty of time on the phone making outbound calls and connecting with prospective customers.
• Introduce prospects to our products/services and uncover potential opportunities.
• Book demos and appointments for Territory Managers to take the conversation to the next level.
• Keep lead and prospect information organized and up to date in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently—because persistence pays off!
• Track calls, contacts, leads, appointments, and results.
• Provide administrative and scheduling support to keep the sales team moving.
• Work closely with Territory Managers to ensure they have quality opportunities on their calendars.

• You’re persistent without being pushy.
• You enjoy the challenge of turning cold leads into warm opportunities.
• You’re organized and can keep up with a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
• You’re confident communicating with a variety of people.
• You’re motivated by goals, activity, and results.
• Can handle the grind—and actually enjoy the hustle!
• Previous experience in inside sales, lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, or sales support is a plus.

You’ll be the engine behind the Territory Managers' calendars—finding the leads, making the calls, creating interest, and getting demos booked.
