Bath Fitter is looking for a Commercial Sales Consultant to grow our commercial business through strategic account development, executive-level relationship building, and consultative selling.
This field-based role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys opening doors, influencing decision-makers, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
What You Will Do- Develop new commercial business within your territory.
- Build relationships with property managers, facility leaders, and executive decision-makers.
- Present customized solutions, proposals, and bids.
- Negotiate agreements and pricing.
- Grow and manage key customer accounts.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth and customer retention.

- Communication & Presentation Skills
- Commercial sales, business development, or account management experience.
- Proven track record of developing and growing customer relationships.
- Experience managing a sales territory and generating new business.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
- Ability to travel for training (Real passport required).
