As a Distribution Sales Team member, you will play a crucial role in representing The CORE Group-Payroll, LLC and our clients. Your primary objective is to sell our clients' products to existing and new customers, targeting distributors and operators. You will collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales plans, ensuring we meet our targets. Additionally, you will utilize our CRM system to manage and track the sales process effectively.
Responsibilities- Sell CORE client products to distributors and operators, focusing on building long-term relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
- Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio, a minimum of 15 Platinum Partners by calling on them every 60 days. This may vary depending on the number and size of distributors assigned.
- Make a minimum of 8 sales calls per week.
- Present a minimum of 3 clients on each sales call.
- Utilize CRM to manage sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to both distributors and operators.
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about our clients' offerings.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the distribution industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes, as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- A self-motivated and proactive individual with a passion for sales and business development.
