Orion is seeking a Renewal Specialist in Omaha, NE to drive customer retention and revenue growth. You will own a portfolio of renewals, work with Sales and Customer Success, and negotiate favorable terms to balance client needs with Orion’s objectives.
In this hybrid role, you’ll engage with clients, build trusted relationships, forecast renewal activity, and identify upsell opportunities. A minimum 3+ years in renewals and Salesforce experience are preferred.
