You'll identify their needs, present the right HANSONS solution, demonstrate value, and confidently ask for the business.

You don't have to come from home improvement.

We’re interested in competitive, coachable people with experience in areas such as:

• In-home or outside sales
• Automotive sales or F&I
• Roofing, windows, HVAC or solar
• High-ticket retail
• Other commission-driven sales environments

You'll receive comprehensive training covering product knowledge, our sales process, job shadowing, and real-world preparation before running appointments independently.

Training also includes the opportunity to visit our Michigan corporate headquarters, connect with company leadership, and learn more about the business firsthand.

We provide your appointments—you don’t have to build your own pipeline.

But if you generate additional qualifying business yourself?

You can earn DOUBLE COMMISSION on those sales.
