We run an 80,000 square foot production facility and serve customers across the Midwest, from homeowners and contractors to architects and commercial glazing companies. We're looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our operations team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and a key link between sales, purchasing, and production. This is a small team where you'll get exposure to the whole business, not just one narrow piece of it, with a real path to learning quoting and taking on more over time.
Inthis role you will
- Process customer orders by phone and email, and keep customers updated on order status
- Work day to day with our operations, purchasing, and production teams to keep orders moving
- Learn how to quote standard and custom orders alongside our sales team
Background and Experience
Required:
- Comfortable on the phone and handling a high volume of customer communication
- Solid working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in glass, construction, or manufacturing industries
- Willingness to learn new software, including ERP and CRM systems
