• Provide customer service to site employees, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and post orders at a logistics and distribution location.
• Staff the front desk by verifying identification, managing visitor and vendor check-in and/or check-out, issuing badges as directed, and maintaining required logs and records.
• Control access by monitoring entry points, answering and routing phone calls, and communicating access instructions to authorized personnel as needed.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk area, reporting suspicious activity and/or policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and assisting with emergency response activities as directed by site procedures.

• Have at least 6+ months of security experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
