Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

• Greet visitors, employees, and contractors professionally and verify credentials as required.
• Monitor access to the location to deter unauthorized entry and maintain security awareness.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site-specific protocols.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting individuals at the front desk.
• Maintain clear records of visitor and employee check-ins/check-outs and security incidents.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security matters and site needs.
• Follow all site-specific policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols.

• At least 6 months of security-related experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws;
  Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as permitted by law.
• Drug screen required, where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
