Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, vendors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures;
Control access at entrances, gates, and/or checkpoints by verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing authorized traffic to the correct areas;
Monitor cameras, alarms, and access control systems, and report unusual activity, maintenance issues, and/or policy concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, contacting site management and/or public responders, and documenting actions taken;
Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, platforms, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity
