Seasonal Unarmed Security Officer - Event Center, Weekends Various Locations in Omaha, NE

Clark International is seeking professional, experienced, self‑motivated, dependable candidates for an unarmed security position for high end event venues. The primary hours for this position are Fri/Sat evenings, with opportunities to pick up shifts outside of those times.

Unarmed Security Officers (USOs) are highly professional officers who take pride in protecting their clients. USOs use their experience, training, and brains to problem solve and detect threats early, provide solutions to de‑escalate and handle threats should they arise.

Unarmed Security Officers protect client personnel and property through high levels of situational awareness, access control, active patrolling, engagement with employees and the public.

• Identify threats early and respond, coordinate, mitigate, and neutralize as necessary
• Provide a professional, friendly face to all guests entering the facility and a deterring security presence
• Work with facility staff to conduct emergency response procedures for weather, fires, or other environmental threats
• Provide concierge service to visitors, vendors, and others needing assistance

• Experience working in high stress security environments. This is not an entry level position

• Private Security Certifications (ASIS International, CPO, accredited EP academy, Private Investigator, etc.)
• Experience in a military or law enforcement
• Martial Arts/Defensive Tactics background highly preferred
• Experience in a customer‑service role

• Attend annual training and assessment to include Use of Force, Legal, less‑lethal weapons employment, CPR/First Aid, De‑escalation, Defensive Tactics. Clark International provides all mandatory training.
• Maintain a high level of fitness. Minimum physical aptitude:

• Run at least 400 meters without stopping
• Pick up and lift 50 pounds from the ground to above the head
• Drag a 150 pound dummy for 20 yards
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (2 hours)
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high stress situations
• High Attention to Detail
• Working knowledge of computer productivity software and the ability to write professional correspondence and reports
