Job

summary

The Asset Protection & Controls Manager is responsible for protecting the Company’s regulated assets by ensuring compliant, effective, and consistently followed operational processes within distributed gaming terminal operations.

This role focuses on ensuring proper asset protection through internal controls, procedural compliance, and employee adherence, rather than traditional security or physical loss prevention. This role works proactively to prevent theft, misuse, regulatory violations, or process failures that could jeopardize company assets or gaming licenses.

When discrepancies or irregularities are identified, this role documents their findings, notifies appropriate internal and external stakeholders, and assists those stakeholders with investigations and corrective action efforts to ensure issues are resolved and prevented from recurring.
