As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Job Schedule:
Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a financial services location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and report observed conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and document visitor, vendor, and/or employee activity in accordance with site guidelines.
- Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
