What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk access protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

Monitor lobby and reception activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or credentials, and direct employees, guests, and deliveries in accordance with site policies.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related events with accurate and timely reports.

Support a professional front desk presence within a logistics and distribution location by assisting with visitor management, phone and radio communications, and coordination with site contacts as needed.

Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions by maintaining awareness of entry points, monitoring incoming and outgoing traffic, and following established post orders.

Possess 6 or more months of security-related experience.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
