Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify conditions that may need attention.;
Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas, assisting with access-related questions, visitor direction, and general support for daily site operations.;
Support a professional environment by reporting concerns, following post orders, and working with Allied Universal leadership and/or site personnel during routine operations and emergency situations.
