Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and observe activity on site, assisting with visitor processing, badge checks, and/or entry control in accordance with post orders and location protocols;
Support daily operations by communicating clearly with personnel, following assigned schedules, and completing required reports related to patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities
