Executive Security Officer Team Lead (ESO)Clark International is seeking a professional, self‑driven, and dependable candidate to fill an Executive Security Officer Team Lead position within a corporate environment in the Omaha, NE area. The ESO is a high‑level security professional who is assigned to corporate environments. The role requires expertise in threat response, proactive security measures, and team management. The Team Lead is responsible for supervising ESOs and other teammates assigned to a particular client.
The Team Lead also interfaces directly with client executives and advises them on proper security protocol. This role is a plain‑clothes role and requires building a good working relationship with the client and their team. Candidates should be proficient in both hard skills and soft skills and be physically fit. Candidates must possess pistol certification that aligns with Certified LE pistol qualification standards.
- Physically fit, able and willing to use force as needed against a perpetrator
- Minimum 3 years in armed security, military or law enforcement
- Ability to dress and present yourself professionally in all situations
- Current pistol qualification congruent with local law enforcement POST standards
- Experience in close protection or executive security roles
- Experience supervising teams
- Background in emergency response teams
- Military with leadership experience, including NCO roles or leadership billets
- Experience in a customer service environment
- College Degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or similar
5 days/week, 0600‑1400
Key Responsibilities Armed Security Response- Serve as an armed agent prepared to handle lethal force situations anywhere on the campus
- Provide immediate response to safety and security incidents on the property
- React swiftly and effectively to serious threats
- Provide first aid to client staff and visitors until elevated treatment can be obtained
- Supervise ESOs assigned to your client
- Schedule ESOs and ensure client’s needs are met
- Guide and mentor ESOs to help with career advancement
- Advise client leaders on any and all security matters
- Coordinate with first responders and company management to ensure emergency response plans are in place
- Coordinate with management to address building needs and fulfill client service requests
- Ensure the secure arrival and departure of the client(s)
- Oversee building emergency systems (e.g., fire alarms, weather alerts) and ensure prompt reporting and response
- Operate and review access control systems and camera systems
