Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, badge verification, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities at a technology, media, or telecommunications location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Support front lobby and reception-area operations as needed by assisting with directions, answering basic questions, and documenting security-related activities and incidents accurately
