A thermal energy provider in Omaha seeks an O&M Apprentice to learn safe and efficient operation of plant systems. The apprenticeship involves hands-on training under a mentor, working approximately 30 hours weekly, and pursuing an associate degree. The wage is $20/hour with increasing rates over the apprenticeship. Additional certifications like OSHA and City of Omaha Stationary Engineer's License are encouraged.

Apprentices may pursue career paths in Control Operation, Plant Maintenance, I&C Technology, or Distribution Mechanics.
