Overview
Pay: $80K-100K/year. Aksarben, part of American Residential Services (ARS), is the largest provider of residential HVAC and plumbing services in the U.S., employing 7,000+ professionals nationwide. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Supervisor to oversee residential installation crews.

What We're Looking For: Schedules and supervises installation crews to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant HVAC system installs. Maintains customer satisfaction and jobsite quality.
- Supervises and schedules installation employees; handles hiring, training, and discipline
- Reviews workloads and assigns work to maximize efficiency
- Communicates with homeowners and inspectors to coordinate work
- Orders and tracks materials/equipment for jobs
- Visits job sites to inspect progress and quality
- Assists crews with technical questions and challenges
- Verifies job completion and returns documentation/payments to office
- Handles customer concerns and resolves issues
- Prepares reports on operations, materials, and vehicle use
- Identifies training needs and provides ongoing instruction
What You Need:
- City Of Omaha License
- 5-8 years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA certification required
- Basic carpentry, gas piping, electrical, and airflow knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and smartphone apps for daily tasks
- Strong understanding of local codes and industry standards
