About the RoleDMS Landscaping is seeking an experienced and dependable Irrigation Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of irrigation systems across a variety of properties. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is mechanically inclined, and can adapt to changing priorities throughout the workday.
Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $65,000 annually, based on experience

- Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair irrigation systems, including irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, control panels, valves, pumps, and related components
- Operate power equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently, including trenching machines and digging equipment
- Inspect irrigation systems to ensure proper operation, coverage, pressure, and timing
- Perform seasonal services such as system start-ups, charging, winterization, and draining
- Assist with the design, layout, or modification of new or existing irrigation systems as needed
- Maintain inventory of irrigation parts, tools, and supplies
- Lead or assist crew members on irrigation-related projects when required
- Support other grounds or landscaping assignments as needed
- Adapt to changes in daily workflow to meet project demands and deadlines
- Working knowledge of irrigation system design, installation, maintenance, and repair
- Familiarity with irrigation tools, materials, equipment, and industry best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ability to safely operate trenching machines, digging tools, and related equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physical labor
