• Compensation:$60,000 – $80,000 annual pay + bonus opportunities

• Customer Consultation:
  Diagnose electrical issues and present customers with multiple "good, better, best" repair and upgrade options.
• Revenue Generation:
  Identify opportunities for electrical system enhancements, such as panel upgrades, lighting controls, and surge protection, to improve customer safety and comfort.
• Relationship Building:
  Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing extraordinary service and clear communication on purchasing options.
• System Upgrades:
  Install power distribution equipment, breaker panels, transformers, and lighting controls based on customized sales solutions you provide.
• Project Leadership:
  Plan and lead crews in the installation of various projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within the customer's budget.
• Technical Excellence:
  Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and wiring (power, control, fire alarm) while adhering to all safety and quality codes.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with Project Managers and Dispatch to ensure a seamless sales-to-service experience for every client.

• Experience:
  
  1+ years in residential service (commercial/industrial a plus); OSHA certification preferred.
• Licensing:
  Valid Nebraska Journeyman's License and driver's license
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in blueprints, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service.
• Work Ethic:
  Self-starter capable of multitasking and following directions

• Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for long periods throughout the day.
• Moderate to heavy lifting, often up to 50 pounds, and sometimes more, with the ability to push and pull tools and equipment.
• Must be comfortable and able to safely climb and work from ladders, scaffolding, or bucket trucks at various heights.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and balance in awkward positions.
• Withstand various environmental conditions, including temperature extremes, dirt, and noise.
