- Perform tasks that assist the crew with the installation of underground utility (water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer) pipe systems, such as shoveling dirt and rock and cutting and connecting pipes.
- Ability to work hourly full time, generally 7:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays
- More/less hours may be required based on weather conditions and project demands
- Winter layoff may occur annually
- Required:
Authorized to work in the United States - Minimum of at least 18 years of age

- Physical Requirements
- Stand for long periods of time, as well as kneel, crouch and/or crawl
- Carry tools and equipment, frequently lift and carry materials weighing 25-100 lbs
- Climb up and down ladders
- Be able to see (naturally or with correction)
- Underground pipe crew experience working in the outdoors
- High school education or equivalent
