What You'll Do as Our Crane Operator

As our next crane operator, you will:

• Safely operate cranes to lift, position, and place heavy materials and equipment
• Interpret load charts, rigging plans, and lift requirements with expert precision
• Transport equipment and materials to commercial job sites
• Communicate closely with project managers and field supervisors
• Ensure every lift is executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule

Our crane operator plays a critical role in jobsite performance, safety, and project success. You won't just be moving materials - you'll be moving projects forward.

What We're Looking For

• CDL-A License
• NCCCO Certification
• Crane License
• Strong knowledge of rigging, load charts, and lift planning
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining top-tier safety standards
• Team-first mentality and strong communication skills
