Work directly with equipment operators in tight environments to prevent equipment from striking structures or underground utilities.;
Learn and use hand signals and two-way radio communication for operator guidance.;
Stand for long periods while monitoring equipment movement for safety.;
Periodically support with equipment such as street sweepers, compactors, and skid steers for training purposes.;
Use a shovel to move dirt and debris from tight or congested areas as needed.
