Your future role
* Ensure the health and safety practices and processes are upheld, and the premises, team members, and operations are safe
* Perform a variety of work for the construction of full agriculture facilities in addition to the integration of our fully automated industrial machinery and equipment
* Assist our field service technicians in the installation and integration of our product lines
* Provide important feedback while assessing and diagnosing issues, providing recommendations, and completing the approved work orders within the established timelines
* Use heavy machinery, rigging equipment, hand tools, and power tools on a daily basis
* Assist in the loading and unloading of heavy materials, tools, and equipment.
* Communicate and collaborate with management and fellow team members
* Attend all required health and safety and operations trainings as well as meetings
* Work in varying work environments and weather conditions
Required skills
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a millwright
* Willingness to travel for extended periods
* Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials
* Certified in industrial equipment operations (e.g., scissor lift, boom lift, forklift)
* Comfortable working at heights up to 80 ft.
* Proficiency in structural welding and rigging
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
* Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
