Clear path to Lead Technician/Project Manager

If you have experience in assess control, CCTV, alarm systems, electrical, or low voltage, we want to talk.

• Install, configure, and maintain access control systems, CCTV, and door hardware.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform service calls.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and recommend security solutions.
• Provide on‑site training and support to clients on system usage and best practices.
• Work professionally and closely with a small team to complete projects on time.

• 1-2+ years of experience in access control installation, low voltage, electrical, IT, or security systems.
• Strong knowledge of electronic security systems and networking principles.
• Experience with access control or CCTV preferred (but not required).
• Basic understanding of networking (IP devices, routers, ect.).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
