Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled carpenter to support the buildout of highly detailed, high‑end residential homes. This hands‑on role involves a wide range of construction tasks, site preparation, and material coordination to keep projects moving smoothly and safely. Responsibilities- Perform general construction labor tasks on new home construction projects.
- Carry out site cleanup, including debris removal and maintaining a safe, organized work area.
- Assist with pouring footings and supporting basic concrete work as directed.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from jobsites in a safe and efficient manner.
- Support light carpentry tasks, including basic framing and finish carpentry assistance.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools such as tape measures accurately and safely.
- At least 1 year of experience in construction or landscaping.
- Hands‑on experience with general construction labor tasks.
- Basic carpentry skills, including familiarity with framing and finish carpentry support.
- Ability to safely operate common hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience working on residential new home construction projects.
- Experience with installation tasks in a construction setting.
- Experience in landscaping labor, including site preparation and cleanup.
- Demonstrated ability to keep work areas and material storage organized.
You will contribute to the construction of highly detailed, multi-million-dollar homes, gaining valuable experience in high‑end residential building. You will work alongside experienced tradespeople, providing opportunities to learn, grow skills, and advance within the construction industry.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 – $25.00/hr.
