We are seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter to join our team and contribute to the construction of custom homes built with quality and precision. • Competitive pay based on experience:
• Carpenters: $55,000 – $65,000 per year
• 100% paid health insurance for employees
• Health coverage available for spouse and dependents (employee-paid)
• Simple IRA with 3% company match
• Paid holidays (July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
• Paid vacation:
  • 1 week after 1 year
  • 2 weeks after 2 years
• Steady, full-time work on high-end residential projects

• Perform framing work on residential construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints (required for lead-level responsibilities)
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in all phases of framing
• Collaborate with team members and other trades on-site
• Complete tasks on schedule while maintaining high standards

• Experience in residential construction and framing required
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to read blueprints (required for lead carpenters)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Full-time, on-site position
• Work on custom, high-end residential builds
