Carpenter Helper - $18-25/hr

We’re hiring a Carpentry Helper to support the construction of high‑end residential homes. Great opportunity for someone with basic construction experience who wants to grow their carpentry skills while working with a solid crew.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with new home construction from ground up
  • Support framing, basic concrete work, and finish carpentry tasks
  • Keep jobsite clean, organized, and stocked with materials
  • Use hand and power tools daily
  • Move materials and assist crews to keep projects on track
Essential Skills
  • 1+ year of construction or landscaping experience
  • Basic carpentry skills (framing or trim a plus)
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to take direction
Preferred Skills
  • Residential or new construction experience
  • Site prep or installation experience
  • Strong awareness of jobsite safety and organization

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
