Responsibilities- Take time to get to know homeowners
- Explain what will happen throughout the day
- Practice efficient demolition in order to minimally impact customers
- Provide Signature Service by working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site
- Preparation of window/doors and existing openings such as taping, caulking and cleaning
- Exterior/Interior finish work on all products
- Window installation and remodel experience
- A proven track record of superior workmanship
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of construction or carpentry experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Must pass a background check
- Valid Kansas State Driver’s License
- Year‑round installation work
- World class brand with reputable products
- Windows measured and ready for install
- All materials staged at the warehouse
