- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Communicate clearly with customers and explain repair options
- Maintain organized truck inventory and a clean vehicle
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- 4+ years HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Clean driving record
- EPA Certification required
- NATE Certification a plus
- Geothermal experience is a plus
- No sales quotas or pressure tactics
- Steady, year-round work
