Mid-Continental Restoration – Commercial Masonry Restoration Foreman / Journeyman – Omaha, NE

We deliver on‑time execution of commercial projects for over 80 years, and we are seeking an experienced commercial masonry restoration foreman or seasoned journeyman to manage small to medium size commercial restoration projects.

• Oversee commercial masonry restoration projects.
• Supervise crew members and carry out supervisory responsibilities to include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with owner’s representatives, general contractor’s, employees and vendors.
• Produce as skilled mason when project allows.
• Read blueprints and follow plans and materials lists to ensure project is executed accordingly.
• Promote and oversee safety and conduct daily and weekly safety meetings.
• Enforce all OSHA, company and client safety policies.
• Manage job site organization and cleanliness to professional standards.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure all workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules.
• Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Complete crew member time sheets and submit to payroll weekly.
• Oversee security and maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Travel throughout territory to assigned projects.

• Commercial masonry restoration experience is required; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, material lists, and follow plans.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
