Closet Factory Omaha is growing, and we're looking for skilled installers and finish carpenters who take pride in their work. We're currently moving into a brand-new facility with new equipment, improved workflow, and a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This is not a production construction job. Every project is custom. Every installation is different. We are looking for professionals who enjoy solving problems, delivering quality work, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

• Install custom closets, garages, home offices, pantries, entertainment centers, and storage systems
• Read drawings and installation paperwork
• Load and unload materials safely
• Perform finish carpentry and trim work as needed
• Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
• Communicate with customers professionally
• Represent the company with pride and professionalism

• Experience with cabinet installation, finish carpentry, millwork, remodeling, or related trades
• Ability to read a tape measure and use hand and power tools confidently
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and carry materials as required
