Qualifications
  • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining automated machinery, robotics, or electro‑mechanical systems
  • Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, VFDs, and industrial control components
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving mindset
  • Desire to learn new automation technologies and support continuous improvement
  • Willingness to collaborate with Engineers, Electricians, and Technicians as part of a team
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Top Responsibilities
  • Assist in the assembly, installation, and testing of automated equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
  • Support debugging, calibration, and optimization of automation systems
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Machine Builders, and Electricians to resolve technical challenges
  • Perform component modifications and system adjustments to ensure proper functionality
  • Stay current with evolving automation technologies and best practices
  • Maintain strong documentation habits and follow all safety procedures
