  • Previous handyman or construction experience.

Responsibilities
  • Respond quickly to emergencies such as water or fire damage.
  • Perform restoration activities: water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup.
  • Load, maintain, and track tools and supplies for projects; communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, and clients.
  • Ensure safety standards are always met.
What We’re Looking For
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work rotating on‑call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related fields (preferred).
  • IICRC certification (a plus).
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance).
  • Comfortable working at heights, in crawl spaces, or attics.
  • Ability to handle repetitive physical tasks.
  • Comfortable working with or around cleaning agents.

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
