Electrical Foreman

Shanahan Mechanical & Electrical is seeking a full-time Electrical Foreman in Lincoln, NE, $7000 New Hire Bonus.

• Supervises electricians, apprentices and other craft workers assigned to projects
• Interprets company policies to employees enforcing safety regulations and proper care of tools and equipment
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures
• Local travel as required

• Current State of Nebraska Electrical Journeyman License or NE Reciprocating State JM License
• Experience leading and training craft workers
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Successfully pass pre‑employment background check and MVR check
• Successfully pass drug test when applicable per customer contract requirement
