Finish Carpenter

Skilled Carpenter - $20-$28 an hour

This position involves working on new high‑end residential homes, requiring proficiency in various forms of carpentry. The role includes finishing, framing, and a wide range of carpentry tasks. The carpenter foreman will also engage in outdoor carpentry work, focusing on facias and pergolas.

• Build and install wall, floor, and roof framing.
• Set trusses, beams, and load‑bearing components.
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and engineered materials.
• Install sheathing (OSB, plywood) for walls, floors, and roofs.
• Perform interior and exterior finish carpentry.
• Hang doors, install windows, and adjust hardware.

• Proficiency in carpentry, framing, and finish work.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Expertise in drywall hanging, finishing, and operation.
• Experience with saw operation and nail gun usage.
• Capability in tenant improvement and restoration.

• 3+ years of carpentry experience (Finish or Rough).

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
