Site Foreman – Low Voltage (Fiber & Cat6)
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead low‑voltage installation teams across a variety of commercial construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on multiple project sites, ranging from large‑scale data centers to other commercial new builds, providing consistent, long‑term work as new projects are awarded. This is a hands‑on leadership position ideal for someone who can run jobs in the field, manage crews, and ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead and manage a crew of ~5‑6 technicians on active job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and project specifications
- Plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep projects on track
- Install, pull, terminate, and splice fiber optic cable
- Perform Cat6 terminations (jacks, patch panels, etc.)
- Oversee cable installation in conduit and cable tray systems
- Coordinate with other trades and handle field challenges as they arise
- Manage materials, track progress, and report status to leadership
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain organized, efficient job sites
- Strong experience as a Site Foreman or Lead in low‑voltage commercial construction
- Proven ability to manage crews, schedules, and job‑site coordination
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Fiber optic installation, termination, and splicing (required)
- Cat6 cabling and terminations
- Ability to read blueprints and plan work effectively
- Experience working in large‑scale commercial environments (data‑center experience is a plus)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle escalations on‑site
- Nice to Have:
- Experience working on data‑center projects
- Experience with estimating materials / takeoffs
- Familiarity with structured cabling at scale
- Must have own tools (including power drill)
- OSHA 10 certification
- Lift certification

Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $35.00 – $45.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
