Creighton University is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our 24/7 campus facilities. This is a hands‑on commercial role - not apartment turns or repetitive factory work.
What You'll Do- Troubleshoot HVAC systems (AHUs, fan coils, hydronic & chill water)
- Electrical repairs (lighting, ballasts, motors, controls)
- Maintain pumps, motors, exhaust fans, and generators
- Perform preventative maintenance campus‑wide
- Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs and implement strategies into daily work
- Participate in rotating on‑call schedule
- 3+ years commercial building maintenance experience
- Strong HVAC, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license – must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years and no major violations within the last 5 years.
Trade school or formal training preferred but not required.
