Position OverviewWe are currently seeking motivated HVAC Apprentices to support our journeyman installers with residential duct system installations. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade from experienced professionals and build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities- Assist journeyman technicians with installation of residential HVAC duct systems
- Support all phases of installation, including rough-in and finish work
- Work collaboratively with team members on job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Learn tools, materials, and installation techniques to grow into an independent role
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic construction or mechanical experience (not required)
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated
- Ability to handle physical labor and job site conditions
- Competitive starting pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
