Position Overview We are currently seeking motivated HVAC Apprentices to support our journeyman installers with residential duct system installations. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade from experienced professionals and build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities Assist journeyman technicians with installation of residential HVAC duct systems Support all phases of installation, including rough-in and finish work Work collaboratively with team members on job sites Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow safety procedures and company standards Learn tools, materials, and installation techniques to grow into an independent role
Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic construction or mechanical experience preferred (not required) Dependable, punctual, and motivated Ability to handle physical labor and job site conditions
